3D printed assemblies
Using the FDM printing technology it is possible to create permanent assemblies combining plastic prints with almost any other part.
Whether you provide your own print files or use our design service, there is no minimum order quantity. I can accommodate a wide range of materials and print parameters.

I only use materials from trusted manufacturers to control the quality of the finished product and to keep defect rates low.
A well tuned printer
I emphasize product quality over speed in my print profiles. The result is a smooth top surface, consistent layer lines and sharp corners.
I check every part visually for printing defects and quality issues and check critical dimensions to ensure my prints meet your specification.

How I create 3D models
Show me a picture and I make it into a reality
For cosplay parts with no real-world example available, I can create your 3D model using just photos, screenshots or a video you provide. Of course any part can be replicated this way, however for technical applications a size reference is required.
Using measurements or drawings
I devise a custom solution to your problem using your drafts, specifications and requirements.

Reverse engineering using photos
If you provide a technical drawing or photos including accurate measurements I can easily recreate any object as a precise CAD model for technical applications. You can also provide 3D scanning data as an additional reference

3D printed polymers
The fastest and most cost-effective way to make designs come to life: Straight from the printer with minimal manual work needed.
I offer the following materials as standard:
PLA, the most economic option, suits most general applications
TPU, a flexible material with excellent durability
PA6-CF, which excels in its mechanical properties and temperature resistance
Flexible silicone
Creating heat-resistant, food-safe safe and flexible parts from silicone - ideal for cosplay props of knives, guns and more.
I offer a variety of colours and silicone of different shore hardness grades.
Wooden handles, metal screws or ceramic bearings: almost every material can be combined with the power of FDM 3D printing.
I can integrate both off-the-shelf hardware and parts you provide into our custom builds.
